The Prescott Pickleball Association Member Mash Up Tournament is Back in May!
The dates for the upcoming Prescott Pickleball Association Member Mash-Up Tournament have been set Saturday May 18th and Sunday May 19th! This is an annual Club Championship Tournament for Prescott Pickleball Association Members. Categories include Men's, Women's, Mixed Doubles and Co-Ed Youth Doubles. All players must be PPA members and play at or above your participation level in PPA playgroups. Early Bird registration is just $30 for the first event and is available through April 15th. After that the cost goes up to $45.
If you aren’t a member of the PPA there is time to join this great organization and tap into the resources available including free lessons, play groups, round robins, training events, social events and tournaments. Membership is $30/annually.
The PPA believes in supporting the youth in our community. The PPA helped fund a portion of the costs for the pickleball courts at Prescott High School. In addition, the PPA has a partnership with the Yavapai County Juvenile Court Systems as part of their efforts to introduce pickleball to at-risk youth.
Mary Paez, VP of the Prescott Pickleball Association shared: “I encourage anyone who has an interest in the fastest growing sport in America to become involved – we have a great community of players at all different levels.”
