Pickleball players and friends of pickleball formed the Prescott Pickleball Association and partnered with the City of Prescott and Yavapai County for building and maintaining the state-of-the-art Prescott Pickleball Courts at the Pioneer Park Sports Complex. Prescott got its first 8 public pickleball courts in May 2017.
Mission: The mission of the PPA is to welcome residents and visitors of all ages and abilities to participate in recreational and competitive pickleball play at the public courts through activities that will enhance the fitness and well-being for the entire community. The PPA is supported by membership in the association and energized by community support through donations.
Vision: We will be the model for private/public cooperation making pickleball accessible to all by creating a positive pickleball experience in the Quad Cities.
Strategic Plan: The PPA has a 3-year strategic plan to reach it’s mission and vision.
